Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
Order confirmation is sent after successful payment.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.
We accept M-Pesa and other payment methods shown at checkout.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Delivery

Delivery fees depend on distance from our Nairobi dispatch point and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery times vary by location; we will contact you if there is a delay.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier or collected as agreed.

Returns & refunds

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@accesstech.co.ke.
Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Limitation of liability

Offbeat Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kenya.
